Ansir Junaid stands as a paragon in the real estate industry, renowned for his extensive and diverse experience across a variety of asset classes. As the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the The Junaid Foundation, he has demonstrated exceptional acumen in navigating complex markets in Commercial Real Estate, Hotel & Hospitality, Storage & Warehousing, Multifamily & Mixed-Use developments. His expertise is not confined to domestic realms but spans across the globe, including portfolios in Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan, London, and throughout the US.
Junaid has been involved with many sectors of the self-storage industry since 2008. He has grown his reach to be a founder and chairman of several companies serving the self-storage space from SupplySide, Warehouse Anywhere, and Tenant, to Storelocal. Junaid is also a partner in a bridge loan fund with TurnCap that has closed over $100M in bridge loans for multi-family, storage, industrial, office, and retail. Junaid’s strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in realizing substantial asset returns and fostering sustainable growth.

He lives in Hunting Valley with his family and is an active member of the community there as a councilman. Mr. Flynn attended John Carroll University and is a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan.

A 35-year respected veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Howard started Moss Commercial Property Group in January 2020 to fulfill his vision of using real estate investment as a means to enhance the lives of others through mentoring, personal empowerment, and community improvement.
Howard has spent his entire professional career in the commercial real estate industry as a broker, developer, owner, investor, and consultant with a depth of experience in industrial, office, multi-family, senior housing and self-storage properties. Over his career, Howard has invested in, transacted, and managed in excess of 18 million square feet of commercial properties and the development of over 2,000 acres of land, with a total value exceeding $1 billion.
His many accomplishments notwithstanding, Howard is best defined by his passion to help and mentor others and pass on the personal and professional wisdom he has gained throughout his career.

Dino Palmieri

Venturing from his home country of Italy in 1976, Dino Palmieri came to the United States in search of the American Dream. He began working as an apprentice in a hair salon in Italy at the age of 14. At 17 years young he took his talents to London where he truly became a master of his craft. In July of 1977, he flew across the pond and landed in Cleveland, OH.
Dino opened his first 14 chair salon in Solon, OH in 1984 and has remained a leader in the industry since. Although he no longer works as a stylist behind the chair, his heart will always be tied to the art of hairdressing.
