FOUNDER, CEO, & CHAIRMAN
Ansir Junaid stands as a paragon in the real estate industry, renowned for his extensive and diverse experience across a variety of asset classes. As the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of BluMont Storage Ventures and the Junaid Group, he has demonstrated exceptional acumen in navigating complex markets in Commercial Real Estate, Hotel & Hospitality, Storage & Warehousing, Multifamily & Mixed-Use developments. His expertise is not confined to domestic realms but spans across the globe, including portfolios in Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan, London, and throughout the US.
Ansir Junaid has been involved with many sectors of the self-storage industry since 2008. He has grown his reach to be a founder and chairman of several companies serving the self-storage space from SupplySide, Warehouse Anywhere, and Tenant, to Storelocal. Junaid is also a partner in a bridge loan fund with TurnCap that has closed over $100M in bridge loans for multi-family, storage, industrial, office, and retail. Junaid’s strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in realizing substantial asset returns and fostering sustainable growth.
Junaid’s approach to real estate is marked by an acute awareness of deal underwriting at a high level, enabling him to strategically deploy the right teams to maximize asset returns. Junaid’s expansive network and reputation as a trusted partner have opened doors to collaborations and ventures with key players in the global real estate market. In addition to his business endeavors, Junaid’s civic and philanthropic engagements reflect his commitment to social responsibility and community development. With an effort for positive impact and change that define brighter futures Junaid is also the Chairman, and Trustee of the Junaid Family Foundation.
Dave Iemolo

Dave Iemolo is a 35+ year commercial real estate investment professional with extensive acquisition and development experience across multiple sectors. Over the past decade, has focused exclusively on sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating more than $1 billion of self-storage investments. He brings significant experience with public REITs and institutional advisory platforms, serving as a fiduciary to both private and institutional capital partners while defining investment theses and strategies aligned with investment objectives.
Tom Flynn
VP Construction
Tom Flynn has been in the construction business for 30 years and as a result, has an expert eye in the self-storage industry. He lives in Hunting Valley with his family and is an active member of the community there as a councilman. Mr. Flynn attended John Carroll University and is a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan.
Ryan Boudewyns
VP Operations
Ryan Boudewyns has been involved with supply chain’s across Fortune 100 companies for 2+ decades, building and running complex operations and within a growing real estate investment platform. Currently leading end-to-end operations for BluMont focusing in multiple verticals; from deal underwriting and capital raises to construction oversight and portfolio asset management.
